Dear comrades and, ladies and gentlemen,
I am honoured to speak here amongst you, representing South Azerbaijani Independence Party, on the occasion of 1925 Persian invasion of Al Ahwaz. As we share the pain and suffering of almost a century of occupation and oppression under Persians, we realise that our experience is similar, at least in the recent past, and we might have a similar future too. This important observation makes two nations of Al Ahwaz and South Azerbaijan, two strategically allied entities, with parallel interests in struggle for emancipation from the yoke of Persian racism.
When I say similar future, complete annihilation of our nations and destruction of our lands, are one of the scenarios ahead of us. Since we did not bend in the face of Persian evil, since we did not bow to the Persian self acclaimed glory and expansionism, complete destruction of our nations and lands, are planned and pursued both by Pahlavis and so called Islamic regimes. Also I acknowledge that if we resist, struggle, fight back, and push the Persian occupiers out of our lands, and free our nations, and “IF” we show determination in the rightful struggle of our peoples, we would have same future of freedom, decency, integrity, and honour for us and for our countries.
Dear fellow prisoners in the prison called Iran, Iranian political system is based on Persian as a language and a certain school of Shi’ism as a religion. The very entity called Iran is a fake country, made up of remnants of Qajar empire. The present boundaries of Iran is separating and dividing South Azerbaijani Turk’s, Arabs of Al Ahwas’ Turkmen’s, Beluch’s, and Kurd’s people and lands. The status quo called Iran, carries with and within itself a great tension. As if, it is always eminent deform and or to explode. And, in order to keep the status quo, any government, regardless of if it is Pahlavi type or Khomeini type, has to keep the regime of defusing this immense tension. So far, the only way the regime of Iran dealt with the this great tension, was by the oppression of any sign and kind of social or political dissent. Iranian regime, knows only one language, in dealing with us, illegal arrests, torture, killing, destruction of our environment, our ecology, our land, our economy, depriving us from our language and our history. Persian regime obsessed with their false, so called Aryan race and so called pre-Islamic glory, is systematically desertifying our lands, and de-Turkifying, and de-Arabizing, and in one word de-humanizing our peoples, while it’s very life is tapped on South Azerbaijan’s and Turkish peoples’ economy, and Al Ahwaz’s oil revenues. Almost every area and land in the historical South Azerbaijan and Al Ahwaz is divided and separated, every mountain, river, village and city been given Persian names, while a hint at Arabian Golf is not being tolerated by them. Our people have lost the right of choosing a name for their children. What a mockery of humanity in Iran! The lake Urmu and all resources of South Azerbaijan and Al Ahwaz is being destroyed systematically by Iran. We as non-Persians, have lost our right of education, health, identity, and in one word the right of being is denied to us by Iran. This is how the shadows of god, Aryamehrs, and sighs of god, Ayatollahs are dealing with us. Shame on them, for their inhumane, barbaric, racist, fascist, and sickening attitude towards us. And, shame on us, if we don’t rise and cut the hands of the Persian invader and occupier from our lands, and from our peoples.
Dear friends, beware of false promises. Beware of those dogs of deception. Those who want freedom for Iran, those who want democracy for Iran, those who want a better Iran, in which all people will live with all rights happily ever after, are your enemies. Don’t believe them. What they want in reality is, to gain more time and momentum for Iran to strengthen its claws on us, to choke us and to finish us. Don’t trust them. They are the pain killers of butchers of Persian fascism. We, …. We are not a people to be treated with humiliation. We are Turks and Arabs. As human history is our witness, we would never bow to Persian barbarism. We are people of freedom and high spirits. As Mustafa Kamal Ataturk said: “Independence and Freedom is our precious values“, until there is only one of us survives the enemy, we will uphold the values of “Independence and Freedom”.
Dear brothers and sisters, now, the geopolitical paradigm has shifted. The era of domination of one people over other is well behind us. The colonial time is a past. The race, and whole comedy of superiority of one race over other race is over. It is time for light and knowledge to pierce thru the heart of the darkness. Iran was a nightmare, and it is just the right time to be over. Freedom for people of Al Ahwaz and South Azerbaijan is near. Yet, the price is us. Our generation is the price for the freedom and emancipation from the hell called Iran. I can see the light. I believe in my nation. We will prevail. The nightmare of Iran will be soon over. We have to put every thing we have in line for the freedom. Our future, our children, our nation worth it. Freedom is worth our blood. That is the red in our flag.
Remember, the price is US.
