UN rights experts express outrage after recent executions and call for an end to death penalty in Iran

A group of United Nations human rights experts* expressed outrage at the execution of political prisoner Gholamreza Khosravi
on 1 June and urged the Government to put an end to executions once and for all.
The human rights expert stressed that “the death penalty is an extreme form of punishment and, if used at all, should only be imposed for the most serious crimes, after a fair trial that respects the most stringent due process guarantees as stipulated in international human rights law.”
“Mr. Khosravi’s execution shows the complete disregard of the Iranian judicial system for international fair trial standards and due process guarantees,” the Special Rapporteur on the independence of judges and lawyers, Gabriela Knaul, added.
For the Special Rapporteur on freedom of expression, Frank La Rue, “the imposition of such an extreme sentence against a political activist is an alarming signal of the restrictions to freedom of expression in Iran.”
The experts further noted that the execution of Mr. Khosravi is not only contrary to international human rights law, but is also contrary to the new Islamic Penal Code, which came into force last year and prohibits the use of capital punishment for Moharebeh in cases that do not involve the use of weapons.

Urgent appeal to the Iranian Government: Halt the scheduled execution of Ahwazi Arab men

GENEVA (21 May 2014) – A group of United Nations human

rights experts* today urged the Iranian authorities to halt the scheduled execution for tomorrow, Thursday 22 May, of two Ahwazi Arab farmers and cultural rights activists, after their death sentences were reportedly upheld by the Iranian Supreme Court.
The UN experts expressed alarm over the case of Ali Chebeishat and Sayed Khaled Mousavi, who were arrested in November 2012 and sentenced to death on charges of Moharebeh (enmity against God) by a Revolutionary Court in September 2013.
Both men have reportedly been subjected to severe mistreatment and beatings, possibly amounting to torture. They have now been held incommunicado for over two months, and neither their lawyer nor family members have been able to obtain official information regarding their current whereabouts or the status of their cases.
The human rights experts expressed further serious concern over reports that the accused were not afforded due process or fair trial standards in accordance with both domestic and international law.
“First and foremost, the Iranian authorities must stop the executions and the accused should be permitted a new, fair trial,” they said. “The authorities must also cease any and all retribution against family members for allegedly speaking with international organizations, including the United Nations.” 
“The Iranian authorities must promptly inform Messrs. Chebeishat and Mousavi’s families of their whereabouts, and allow their families and their lawyers’ access to details regarding the status of their cases, in accordance with both international and Iranian law,” the experts stressed.

Breaking news: The General Attorney of Mohamareh city was shot today

According to news received by the media Center of the Ahwazi

Democratic Popular Front, this morning the general Attorney of Mohamareh city ((last capital of Alahwaz)) were shot.

 The sources also stressed that when Alireza Bawi "general Attorney of Mohamerah city" was on the way to his work, where an unknown car came closer and start fire to him and he was shot in the head.
There is no exact news that confirms Alireza Bawi’s health conditions where Iranian occupier’s media has confirmed that Alireza has been shot and he is admitted in Alahwaz capital’s hospital and his physical condition is dire.

In recent years occupier regime execute innocent Ahwazi Arab people without any fair trial and even access to lawyer where it made anger among Arabs in particular and other nations in geographic so called Iran in general.

 Iran is second largest country after China in executions according to Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch, where they execute all freedom of speeches and oppositions with false accusations like drug dealer and corruptions on earth.

The Ahwazi women receive unnecessary Caesarean section by Iranian regime direction

 The Ahwazi Centre for Human Right has conducted interviews with a number Ahwazi woman in relation to the procedure of caesarean section in Al-Ahwaz.  They talked about their experiences and how they have been forced deliberately to deliver their child by Caesarean section procedure.

The Ahwazi women accuse the Iranian regime of encouraging and guiding the Al-Ahwaz local health centres and hospitals to use of Caesarean deliveries without taking the health issues.

In Khafajiyeh city of Al-Ahwaz, for instance, the midwives who are none-Arabs are advising the Ahwazi women before the giving birth to take the option of Caesarean due to being ‘easy’ to deliver without explaining the risk behind it. Although the procedure is much more costly than the natural delivery but it has been advertised as the more effective and healthier.

ACHR has been acknowledged that mothers who are covered by health insurance were encouraged to choose the Caesarean procedure months before the date of their giving birth.

A Caesarean section is a surgical procedure in which one or more incisions are made through a mother's abdomen (laparotomy) and uterus (hysterotomy) to deliver one or more babies, or, rarely, to remove a dead fetus.

Ahwazi Death sentenced prisoners moved to unknown place

According to Ahwazi Democratic Popular Front resources, on 18

March 2014 two Ahwazi Arab who are sentenced to death, has moved to unknown place.
“Ali Chobeyshat “ and “Sayed Khalid Mousawi “ are Ahwazi innocent prisoners who has been arrested on 11 November 2012 by IranianIranian security services and sentenced to death by Sayed Mohhamd Bagher Mousavi judge of second branch of IranianIranian revolutionary court.
 Resources said detainees were in Ghonaytereh (Dezful) prison, moved in early morning of 18 March 2014 by security services without prior informing their relatives.
The second branch of Iranian revolutionary court in Ahwaz has sent death provision to higher judiciary in Tehran for endorsement where prisoners’ families fear of their sons to be executed at any time

No denial that the middle east is changing in every single moment

that we are spending in our lives , and as far as we can see , these changes have been an urgent requirements for the new world order .

The observer of the Middle East affairs will notice that some countries over there are composed from mixed ethnics such as Iraq and Iran .

Iraq already preceded the region by an military intervention to rid it of a dictatorial regime . Some ethnics of Iraq has reached Their required rights which they were fighting for , such as Kurds , and some others will get their rights soon , after they started to ask for them in a federalism system , like Iraqi Sunnies .

But the situation in Iran is much more complicated . Because the current geography of Iran is  formed from more than 5 different ethnic groups , such as persians , Kurds , Azaries , Balouchs , and finally Ahwazi Arabs .

The very interesting thing is that every single ethnic in Iran is looking for their right to self-determination , and each ethnic group began to build their own society , and prepare for the next step which is building their own countries .

In this situation and according to the changes in Middle East , there is no way for the iranian regime to survive and stay untouched by the changes happening ,  for more than a few years
